Design and development of one dimensional nanoarchitectures as persistent luminescence materials for biomedical applications.

One dimensional (1D) nanoarchitectures composing of superparamagnetic core and persistent luminescent nanoparticles (PLNPs) shell are proposed for the very first time to be explored through a viable nanoengineering for biomedical applications. Different metal oxides as superparamagnetic core and PLNPs shell nanostructures will be prepared hydrothermally, and their structure-property relationships will be established through structural characterizations and biomedical applications.
