Vector-Boson Scattering and Multi-Boson Production at Particle Colliders

With the discovery of the Higgs Boson at the LHC, the detailed measurements of its properties has become central in the search for new physics. In particular, the production of multiple Electroweak-Bosons at colliders allows us to probe the gauge couplings and possible physics beyond the standard model in electroweak symmetry breaking. These deviations can be parametrized within an effective field theory (EFT) which can be implemented and modelled in a general purpose Monte-Carlo tool. In this project we will investigate the phenomenology of these models by exploring the effects of unitarity constraints within the EFT approach.
